Develop strength and flexibility
Pursue fitness goals
Improve somatic awareness
Increase well-being through movement
21st century life has us increasingly confined to desk jobs, chairs, and hours spent in front of screens. This inherently causes increased stiffness and decreased strength, and can have long-term consequences for our health. Moving frequently in our daily lives is the best way to maintain musculoskeletal health and to prevent the negative consequences of a sedentary lifestyle.
Exercise is one of the key components for a happy, healthy, and productive life. It is known to improve mood, reduce symptoms of depression, maintain cardiorespiratory health, decrease risk for diseases such as cancer, heart failure, and osteoporosis, improve brain functioning and quality of sleep, and increase energy levels.
I aim to help others improve their fitness and overall health, increase their self-awareness, and develop enhanced coordination, mobility, and stability.
